The insurance cover expires as soon as the delivery has been received and confirmed in writing. We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

In the case of partial shipments, the shipping costs are charged only once. LD-13 processes and ships orders during our general business hours. 

These are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET.

All LD-13 orders are shipped in environmentally friendly packaging. DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES Shipping within Germany is free for all orders over €300.

There are no additional taxes or customs duties for items shipped within the European Union. The item prices and shipping costs are gross prices, including VAT. Member States of the European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (South Cyprus only).
