Shipping

For our LD-13 Signature Pieces, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for delivery, depending on where the piece is ordered from and its current location.

Our LD-13 Essential Pieces are produced only once an order is placed, following our made-to-order approach. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.

Exchanges

The right to exchange applies only to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items with all original labels still attached.

Please ensure that all original boxes and dust bags are included with your return. An exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size. Exchanges for another color or a different item are not possible.

Please note that a complimentary exchange can only be made once for the same item in a different size. All items being returned must be sent in one package.

We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns made at different times from the same order. Exchanges must be made using the same shipping service provider through which the original package was delivered (DHL or UPS).

Personalized items are non-returnable.
